3. Payments

All payments made through Razorpay or any other supported method are considered final. By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to the no-refund policy outlined below.

4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a payment is successfully processed. In exceptional cases, unused payments may be credited to your account wallet or adjusted against other services offered by SRHD CREATIONS at our sole discretion. However, no cash or bank refund will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Wallet Credit Policy

If a payment remains unused or partially used, the equivalent value may be retained as wallet credit which can be utilized toward future services offered by SRHD CREATIONS. This is subject to management approval and does not guarantee any cash redemption.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to provide accurate information during service registration, especially when availing ITR filing or compliance-based services. Any delay or incorrect information from your side may result in service delays, for which SRHD CREATIONS will not be held responsible.
